Zach's practice focuses primarily on business, entertainment,
and intellectual property litigation. He regularly represents clients
in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, copyright and/or trademark infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets, among others. His clients range from investment funds, to internet marketing firms, to general contractors, to
individual attorneys, photographers, and entrepreneurs.
Zach regularly appears in both federal and state trial courts throughout California, and has argued before the California Court of Appeal.
