Zach focuses primarily on business, entertainment, and
intellectual property litigation.  Zach regularly represents clients
in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, unfair competition, copyright and/or trademark infringement, and misappropriation
of trade secrets, among others.  Zach's clients range from
national internet marketing firms, to internationally recognized modeling agencies, to individual attorneys, photographers,
and entrepreneurs.

Zach regularly appears in both federal and state trial courts throughout California, and has argued before the California
Court of Appeal.

Zach currently serves on the Board of Directors of the California Young Lawyers Association one of the governing bodies of the State Bar of California and the nation's largest association of
young lawyers.

Zach received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2001 and is
a 1996 graduate of Columbia University.
