Will focuses on general commercial and intellectual property litigation. In Federal and California state court, he has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small technology start-ups.

Before joining Grodsky & Olecki in 2008, Will was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges LLP. Will received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2004 and graduated with distinction and with department honors in History from Stanford University in 2000.
