Our Santa Monica law firm combines the work of Allen B. Grodsky, Michael J. Olecki, Zachary Rothenberg and a team of experienced trial attorneys. Together, we represent companies of all sizes, and professionals and executives throughout California in matters across a broad spectrum of business litigation.

Mr. Grodsky received his J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law and has since built a successful career that focuses on litigation in the fields of business, entertainment and intellectual property. He is the author of many articles on intellectual property and entertainment litigation issues and has spoken at seminars given by the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Media District Bar Association and the Practicing Law Institute.

Mr. Olecki received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. His practice focuses on business litigation with an emphasis on unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, "business divorces," breach of contract and fraud. He also represents clients in entertainment and real property disputes.

Mr. Rothenberg received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He focuses on business, entertainment and intellectual property litigation. He is a past board member of the California Young Lawyers Association and is a current member of California Lawyers for the Arts.
